Preventative Maintenance

Maintaining your Air condition unit will improve the efficiency and longevity and ultimately reduce the cost of repairs. 

Just as you would maintain your own motor vehicle at various intervals during the year, your air conditioner will benefit the same with optimum performance levels.

Preventative Maintenance often includes all or some of the below factory-recommended services.

We will look at each customer’s individual needs and design the maintenance plan to suit.

1) Change Filters                                                                             

2) Perform Multiple Point Inspection                                                                     

3) Flush Drain Lines                                                                        

4) Check Operating Freon Pressures (Semi-Annually)                                                                     

5) Check Fan Belts (Change if Necessary)                                                                             

6) Clean/Wash Condenser Coils (Annually)
