Most people are not aware that standard filters sold off the shelves of department stores, hardware stores etc. don’t fit to exact specifications, they are either too large or to small, this will create an air imbalance causing the unfiltered air to take the path of least resistance.

That’s why we make our filters custom, to your specifications. When your air conditioner or heater turns on the difference in pressures causes an air tight seal.

A little Education 

As your Air Conditioning system draws air out of various rooms in the house through return air ducts, the air is pulled through an air filter, which removes airborne particles such as dust and lint. The filtered air is then routed to air supply ductwork that carries it back to rooms. Whenever the HVAC system is running, this cycle repeats continually, constantly filtering and cleaning the air in your home.

Blue Poly Filters (1" Thickness)

Blue-Poly

The Blue Poly Filter contains polyester air-conditioning filter media manufactured from 100% synthetic fibers which is formed into a high loft blanket designed to achieve low air-flow resistance while having superior dust trapping and holding capacity. It is a hypoallergenic filter that is encased in a durable, double corrugated frame.
The Blue Poly Filter is a low cost/high performance filter that will be custom fitted to your systems specific dimensional requirements and is an excellent choice as a stand alone filter in residential or commercial HVAC Systems, unit-ventilators or fan coil units.
Unlike many fiberglass media filters, Blue Poly Filters are easy to handle and will not cause skin irritation.

Orange Tac Filters (1" Thickness)

Orange-TacThe Orange Tac Filter contains treated polyester air-conditioning filter media manufactured from 100% synthetic fibers with a coated treatment which engages approximately 30% higher collection of dust and bacterial particles. Great for houses with pets or "dander" Utilized in higher dust environments or simply to ensure the absolute maximum collection of foreign air-born contaminants and dirt, this filter provides outstanding air-cleaning capability while allowing your residential or commercial HVAC system to maintain its High Energy Efficiency Performance.

The Orange Tac Filter is a hypoallergenic filter encased in a double corrugated frame. Unlike many fiberglass media filters, Orange Tack Polyester Media Filters are easy to handle and will not cause skin irritation.

Pleated Hypoallergenic Filters (1"& 2" Thickness)

PleatedThe Pleated Filter is the finest pleated air-conditioning filter available. it utilizes a 100% synthetic, gradient density non-woven filter media, this premium filter provides a high entrapment rating over other pleated filters in its class. Designed for maximized air-cleaning capability, the Pleated Filter is suited for home or office use and can withstand ultra-high traffic regions including both residential, commercial and light industrial HVAC System environments.
